Pastor of Regional & Global Networks

Allen has served in pastoral ministry for more than 40 years and currently serves as Highlands Fellowship’s Pastor of Regional & Global Networks, leading our Global Missions initiatives and investing in pastors, churches, and ministry partners around the world. Before stepping into this role, Allen served as Lead Pastor of Highlands for twelve years and previously planted and pastored Community Heights Church in Claypool Hill, Virginia, for 25 years. Allen has a deep passion for developing leaders, strengthening churches, and advancing the Gospel locally and globally.

Lesa Morrison

Campus Operations & Events Manager

Lesa joined the Highlands Fellowship staff in 1997, just two years after the church began, and has been an integral part of Global Missions since its beginning in 2003. For more than two decades, she has helped coordinate and support our mission teams, G3 Conferences, and global ministry partners. Lesa has a deep love for Jesus, Highlands Fellowship, and helping people around the world experience life with Jesus.

How Can I Make a Difference?

1. PRAY

We strongly believe in the power of prayer. It's something we can all do to help truly make a difference!

"Jesus we thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, whose gospel has transformed countless lives. We seek Your guidance and blessings to share His message of grace and salvation to the ends of the earth. We pray for missionaries and messengers who courageously proclaim Your love in distant lands. Grant them strength, wisdom, and protection as they carry Your word to unreached communities. Softly touch the hearts of those who have yet to hear Jesus' good news. Open their minds and draw them close to You. Let Your Holy Spirit move mightily, bringing hope and transformation. Lord, use us as instruments of change and ambassadors of Your kingdom wherever we are. Fill our actions with love and compassion, reflecting the grace and truth found in Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

2. GIVE

There are plenty of ways to partner with our global outreach ministry financially such as investing in our G3 Conference/G3 partners, donating to send people on mission trips, purchasing water, bibles, disaster relief supplies and more!

3. GO

Isaiah's Commission from the Lord: And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.” -Isaiah 6:8

The church is global, made up of believers of all nations. Jesus calls us to gather to pray, study the Bible, build community and worship. The church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, providing hope to a broken world.

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” - Matthew 28:19-20
