Childcare Worker

Highlands Fellowship is hiring part-time childcare workers (ages 18+) to support families during weekday and evening spiritual formation events, small groups, and special church gatherings. We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals to help create a safe and welcoming environment for children while parents participate in discipleship opportunities. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, college student, or retiree, you’re welcome to apply—no need to attend Highlands. Just fill out the form to get started!

Student Director - Marion Campus

Part-Time - Marion Campus

The Student Director will lead and disciple students in grades 6–12, helping them experience life with Jesus by being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing what Jesus did. Working alongside the Marion Campus Pastor and the Highlands Fellowship Student Ministry Team, you'll help create a welcoming environment where students are known, loved, and encouraged to grow in their faith.
