Why have you forsaken me?
Tim Brown - 3/8/2026
What do you do when life goes dark—and God feels silent? In this message from Matthew 27, we look at Jesus on the cross and the haunting words: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” This sermon meets the real questions we all carry—anxiety, grief, confusion, and the painful why—and reminds us that God isn’t offended by honest struggle. Jesus entered the darkness Himself, and the cross becomes proof that God can be working even when it feels like abandonment. You’ll walk away with three anchors to hold onto when you don’t understand: God is good. God is for me. God is with me.
