Partnering with Body and Soul Ministries to serve the Roaring Creek Village and Cayo District in Belize. Our mission is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and support the local churches and community through relational and outreach-based ministry. This will include door-to-door ministry with food boxes for local families, Vacation Bible School for local children, a teen outreach night and a bible study night for local adults. The trip leader is Maegan Brown.

- Ages 18 and older
- Ages 16–17 permitted with a parent or legal guardian
Trip Cost
Estimated cost is $1,990 per person, which includes airfare, in-country lodging and meals, in-country transportation, and ministry activities and supplies. Final cost will be adjusted based on airfare and final team size. Expenses not included in the trip cost include passport, vaccines or medications recommended by a personal medical provider, meals while traveling to and from Belize, souvenirs, special outings or personal purchases.
Team Expectations
Team Expectations Participation in this mission trip requires a commitment to both spiritual preparation and ministry readiness. To ensure we serve effectively, respectfully, and in a way that honors Christ, all team members are expected to participate in pre-trip team meetings. These meetings will focus on:
- Spiritual preparation, including prayer, Scripture, and alignment with the heart and mission of God
- Ministry training to prepare for VBS, door-to-door outreach, teen ministry, and Bible study leadership
- Team unity and communication, fostering humility, flexibility, and mutual support
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, equipping participants to engage respectfully in a cross-cultural context
- Christian values essential for effective cross-cultural ministry, including servanthood, integrity, compassion, respect, and a teachable spirit Attendance at team meetings is expected, as these gatherings are essential to building a unified team that serves with wisdom, love, and effectiveness. Our goal is not simply to complete ministry tasks, but to represent Christ well in every interaction and to partner honorably with the local ministry and community.
Registration for the mission trip is due by Feb 15.
$995 is due by May 2, airfare will be booked once this payment milestone is met.
The remaining balance of $995 is due by June 6.
