What we celebrate at Christmas—God coming to earth—has been God’s plan from the very beginning.

And yet, it’s incredibly easy for us to miss it.

Throughout Scripture, God changes everything for the people he meets. For Abraham. For Moses. For Mary. And for us.

Because of Christmas, God’s presence with us is no longer volatile or fragile; it’s an ever-present offer in the person of Jesus. This Advent, prepare your heart to meet with God. He is not distant. He is not absent. He is here.
