Often, in our readings of the Bible, we only get snippets at a time it can be hard sometimes to see what a whole book of the Bible is all about. Today take a look at the themes and messages of an entire book of the Bible with the help of The Bible Project. 

Before you get started, share with each other: what do you think is the point of Psalms based on the knowledge you have now?
